A Letter to Our Visitors

Dear Visitor,

First of all, thank you for the patience you have shown during the long period of visiting restrictions that have been in place since the onset of COVID-19 earlier this year.  I know it has not been easy, and that not being able  to see your loved ones has been one of the more difficult afflictions this virus has visited upon both residents and relatives alike. Unfortunately, those restrictions must remain in place a while longer yet, as we endeavour to maintain a virus-free environment for everyone at Bearwardcote Hall.

In the meantime, visitors are still very welcome at Bearwardcote, and there are now two locations in which visits can be made: at the front door, and in our new gazebo, which is situated on the decking at the front of the house.  In order to maintain social distancing, and to ensure that visits to the home can proceed safely, we would ask that, from now on, visitors to the home always telephone ahead to arrange a time to visit.  By this means we can avoid clashes of separate visits and hopefully ensure that everyone gets to spend time with their loved one.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.  Hopefully we will soon be in a poaition to abandon these restrictive measures altogether and return to normal.

Kind regards,

Daniel Thompson
